The moment our registry was sealed in public
The head digest of our traceability registry was published in a transaction on the Sui public blockchain. From that moment on, you do not have to take our word for anything. You can check it yourself, any time, without asking us.

With an asterisk, because that is how people who respect their readers state a first.
In rentals
The first Greek rental company to seal its operational records on a public blockchain*
Not a pilot. Not a press release. Production, with public endpoints.
In the circular economy
The first on-chain traceability system in a Greek circular-economy service*
Sustainability here is not advertised. It is measured, in public, crate by crate.
On Sui mainnet
The first Greek business with a production application live on Sui mainnet*
Yes, ahead of banks and stock exchanges. A crate company from Thessaloniki.*
What we actually do
And, just as important, what we do not claim.
1. Every movement is recorded
Every crate carries a unique ID and a QR code. Delivery, collection, washing, a new cycle: each event is written to an append-only registry. Nothing is corrected after the fact, only new events are added.
2. The records are chained
Each record commits cryptographically (SHA-256) to the one before it. Tamper with any old record and every digest after it breaks. The registry is tamper-evident: alteration cannot hide.
3. The head is anchored on Sui
The head digest, a single 32-byte value that commits to the entire registry, is published in a transaction on Sui mainnet. Records up to the anchored head are sealed by it. Newer ones await the next anchor.
4. We do not even trust ourselves
An anchor appears on this site only after it has been read back from a Sui node and verified: the transaction exists, succeeded, and commits to exactly the digest this registry holds. The site does not take its own automation at its word.
To be precise, because precision is the reason this page exists: the crates are not “on the blockchain”. The registry is hash-chained locally and its head digest is anchored on a public blockchain. That phrasing is the correct one, and it is also the stronger one: it means checking us does not require our permission.
The circular economy, measured
A crate replaces up to 450 cardboard boxes over its lifetime. Until now we quoted that as an industry figure. Now we measure it, crate by crate, from the same registry that gets sealed on Sui. Here is the living proof of one real crate, right now:

LATEST MOVEMENTS
Every line commits cryptographically to the one before it. The registry’s head digest is anchored on Sui mainnet. The counter grows with every move.

The values below are not a screenshot. They are read from the live registry as this page loads.
The button calls the public verification endpoint, which recomputes the digest chain across the registry’s full range, record by record, at the moment you press it.

Public endpoints. No keys, no signup, no permission from us.
| Endpoint | What it returns |
|---|---|
GET /wp-json/rc/v1/chain/head | Current head digest, event count, latest anchor. |
GET /wp-json/rc/v1/chain/verify | Recomputes the digests over a range of records and answers whether the chain is intact. |
GET /wp-json/rc/v1/anchors | The full anchor history, each with its transaction. |
GET /wp-json/rc/v1/crates/{uid} | The public passport of a single crate. |
Every one of our crates also has its own public page. Scan its QR code, or see an example: the passport of crate feerz4e.
* To our knowledge, as of the date this page was published (29 August 2026), after research in Greek and in English. “First” claims are by nature hard to prove completely, which is why we publish them the way we publish our registry: open to challenge. If you know of an earlier example, write to us at info@rentacrate.gr. We will verify it and correct this page. A page about verifiability should itself be verifiable.
